If you received items not up to your satisfaction on the condition of the shoe (excluded if the shoe follows the description, please contact Izzat at +6017-7212496 or by e-mail at aiacorps@gmail.com for resolution to your problem.
The suitable day requested for delivery in the order form is for us to make a confirmation date for delivery. We will reach mutual decision on delivery date by communicating by e-mail. Requested shoe are usually ready to be delivered 2 days after payment is received and also depends on your requested date for delivery.
Once we have delivered the the shoe through Pos Laju Express (1 day before date requested), we will inform you, and delivery supposed to arrive the next day.

Most items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund except postage fee. Merchandise must be returned in unused, unmodified and like-new condition. Returns should be made through postage delivery only to; 1-56 Jalan skudai Johor Bahru, 81300,Johor Darul Takzim, Malaysia.
Please retain your return tracking information as evidence for precautionary measures.
Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of Peninsular Malaysia.
Important note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not liable if any cancellation is to be made for ordered shoes that has been made after payment.
